Champagne Pierre Gimmonet

Since 1750, the Gimonnet family's passion and livelihood have been closely tied to the vineyards of Champagne. Centuries of tradition, knowledge and dedication have been passed down through three generations and today, the estate is in the extremely capable hands of Didier and Olivier Gimonnet.

With 16 hectares in Premier Cru vineyards and 12 hectares in Grand Cru vineyards nestling in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, they are ideally placed to cultivate some of the region's finest Chardonnay grapes. The average vine age is around 35 years and 80% of the Grand Cru vineyards are over 40 years of age.

Unusually for champagne, Gimonnet bottle and store their reserve wines to give greater complexity to the Cuis 1er Cru NV; four or even five years of reserve wines can be included in this Brut cuvée blend.
