Champagne V. Testulat | Épernay
Champagne V. Testulat has a long history, with the marque first established in 1862 and the cellars themselves dating back to the seventeenth century. Today, it is the fifth generation of the Testulat family that is in charge of their seventeen hectares of vineyards that are located in the Marne Valley, near Épernay. The plantings are dominated by Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes and both the Carte d’Or and the Rosé styles are fifty-fifty blends of these two varieties, with all the biscuity richness one would expect. The Blanc de Blancs, from 100% Chardonnay, provides a contrasting style that majors on finesse.
