Esprit de Pavie | Bordeaux

Pavie Vineyards in Bordeaux, France

Gérard Perse, owner of the famous Château Pavie, Pavie-Decesse, Monbousquet and Bellevue-Mondotte, created "Esprit de Pavie", so he could share his passion for the wines of Bordeaux with as many people as possible. Esprit de Pavie enjoys the same meticulous precision to winemaking as its illustrious siblings to ensure the highest levels of quality. Created for immediate drinking, Esprit de Pavie is sourced from 100 % estate owned fruit, grown on a diverse range of terroirs situated on the south-facing slopes of the Dordogne valley (from Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux and Saint-Emilion Grand Cru appellations), which can be characterised by three types of soil: sandy-gravely foothills, clay hillsides and clay limestone plateau.
