Astrolabe Durvillea Pinot Gris 2015

The Durvillea Pinot Gris by Astrolabe is a white wine made in the dry style from grapes harvested at precisely the right moment to preserve the purity and intensity of flavour acheived by Simon in his winemaking.

This Pinot Gris is a mid-straw in colour displaying aromas of peach, pear and dried tropical fruits. The palate is medium-to-full-bodied with peach, melon and nougat flavours leading to a long dry finish.

Whilst already drinking well now this wine is likely to keep improving over the next several years.
