Doja Winery | Toplica

Vineyards of the Doja Winery in Toplica, Serbia

Located on the slopes of the Jastrebac mountain, Doja is a family owned winery with a long tradition of vine growing and winemaking dating back to the 1890s. The vineyards are surrounded by a number of mountains, forming a natural amphitheatre and creating a unique micro-climate that makes the Toplica region so special.

As well as popular international varieties such as Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, the estate also specialises in the indigenous red variety called Prokupak, which is a symbol of Serbian winemaking and which thrives in the Toplica region.

The winery is equipped with the latest technology for achieving premium quality. The whole process of making wines, from vineyard management, harvest, cellar management, aging, bottling and labelling is all done in house and is a place where tradition and modern knowledge combine.
