Epicure Wines by Franck Massard | Spain
In 2009 the combination of Franck’s early experiences as a sommelier (best sommelier in the UK 1996) and 8 years working as International Wine Ambassador and Educator for Torres winery, culminated in him realising his dream with the formation of Epicure Wines.
Franck elected to make wines from practically unknown regions such as Ribeira Sacra, Terra Alta or Valdeorras. Wines with an identity of their own, that were the faithful expression of the land in which they are born and in which the typical typification of each zone and each variety is appreciated.
Epicure Wines are firm defenders of terroir wines. They are convinced that in order to elaborate a quality wine, the work starts in the vineyard, pampers it to the maximum and continues in the winery, where the intervention is always minimal.
They develop a modern and elegant range of wines to enjoy and share.
