Vineyards in Sauternes, Bordeaux

The Graves and Sauternes wine region is situated at the doorstep of the city of Bordeaux. The region produces red, white and sweet white wines and is dotted with Grands Crus classés grown in discreet vineyards that enjoy high-quality soils and microclimates conducive to wine growing.

The finest red Graves wines are produced in Pessac - Léognan to the north of the region, good red and dry white wines can be found in the centre of Graves and the great sweet white wines of Sauternes and Barsac in the south.
