Whispering Angel Côtes de Provence Rosé | Magnum (150cl)
As a négociant and vinificateur (winery), Caves d’esclans identifies vineyards, grapes and wines from Château d’Esclans as well as local growers to make what has reputedly become the world’s greatest rosé wine. Grapes primarily consisting of Grenache, Cinsault, Vermentino, Syrah and Tibouren are sourced from some of the finest sites surrounding the La Motte en Provence region. Both the free-run and pressed juices are fermented in temperature controlled stainless-steel with batônnage taking place twice weekly. This beautiful salmon pink Provençal rosé offers wonderful aromas of fresh strawberries, peach, rose water and orange blossom. The palate is wonderfully dry and crisp with delicate summer berry fruits balanced by citrus zest acidity and a deliciously creamy finish.
