Maison Briottet is a family business created in 1836 and noted for producing the famous Crème de Cassis de Dijon (Geographical Indication) as well as top-of-the range fruit liqueurs. Originally, the family focussed on ageing, blending, bottling and selling wines; however, following the development of the blanc cassis aperitif (white wine with Crème de Cassis), the company's activities evolved to producing fruit crèmes, liqueurs,brandies and marcs de Bourgogne. Produced in the heart of Burgundy, Briottet’s liqueurs are acclaimed by the world’s best bartenders to create unique cocktails.
