The new Monte Rossa Winery in Lombardy, Italy

The Monte Rossa winery was founded in 1972 by Paola and Paolo Rabotti and just over a decade later the iconic Wine Spectator magazine dedicated its front cover to Paola and the sparkling wines of Monte Rossa. Today their son Emanuele takes the helm at this prestigious estate, unique in Franciacorta in that it only produces sparkling wines.
