Osmoz Citrus Gin
Osmoz Citrus Gin is a unique grape based Gin distilled by the Vallet family, at Château Montifaud in Cognac, France. Fresh, dynamic and concentrated, Osmoz Citrus Gin continues the tradition of eaux-de-vie produced by the Vallet family. To the nose the Osmoz Citrus Gin offers fresh notes of juniper complemented by citrus notes (orange and lemon). The balsamic notes are softened in favor of subtle aromas of licorice alongside apple and apricot fruit. On the palate, the attack is very floral, very typical of juniper, supple and rich. The aromatic notes evolve towards nuances of nuts (almonds) and the orange, very present, brings a certain fresh bitterness. The aromatic expression evolves towards blood bitter orange. The finish is very pleasant, very fresh, and above all very long. Beautifully composed, complex and harmonious, this gin, bottled at 46%, is perfect for drinking in cocktails, such as a Gin Fizz or as a Gin & Tonic
