Oveja Negra | Maule Valley
VIA Wines’ emblematic San Rafael Estate is located in the Maule Valley, close to the Andes Mountains and the Descabezado Volcano. The Oveja Negra (Black Sheep) range of wines are all made from hand-harvested fruit sourced from the estate's own vineyards in the Maule Valley.
VIA's definition of Black Sheep is someone special and out of the ordinary, who attracts attention and stands out from the crowd. As such, winemaker Edgard Carter seeks to combine sustainable viticultural practices with innovative winemaking, to produce fruit-driven wines of real character.
