Founded in 1997, Poggio ArgentierA is a certified organic winery located in the Maremma region of Tuscany. Originally consisting of just 6 hectares of vineyards, producing grapes for a Morellino di Scansano, the estate has since acquired further vineyards in the Morellino di Scansano appellation and today they own over 50 acres (21 hectares) of vineyards. The winery was taken over by the renown Tuscan estate of Tua Rita in 2015 and their experience, mastery and philosophy has brought a new life to the production of Poggio ArgentierA. Year after year, the wines produced here have further improved their already high quality, so much so that they have now caught the attention of wine critics both in Italy and internationally. What has not changed though, is the biological and environmentally compatible commitment to the vines.
