Amistà Grand Cru Classé Rose 2021/22
Amistà Rosé is created using fruit selected exclusively from a Grand Cru Classé vineyard and only the very finest plots are harvested. The wine is a blend of 60% Grenache Noir, 20% Cinsault, 10% Syrah, 5% Mourvèdre and 5% Tibouren. Incredibly delicate and so beautifully made. Staggering purity with gorgeous vibrant red fruit, peach, grapefruit, honeysuckle and cranberry. A quite simply stunning palate with silky fruit, a touch of creaminess and a trace of fresh minerality. There’s a subtle edge of bitter grapefruit on the finish which adds a lovely contrast. This is a seriously impressive maiden release and only 5,000 bottles were produced.
