The Three Foxes | Swartland, South Africa

The Three Foxes is an artisanal winery set up in 2004 by three young dynamic South African friends, Chris Mullineux (formerly of Tulbagh Mountain Vineyards and now Mullineux Family Vineyards) and Oliver and Pascal Schildt. Making distinctive wines from the best parcels in the Swartland, they follow a minimum intervention approach in the winery; they do not use new oak and do not fine or filter. These exceptional wines are available in limited supply as only 2,000 bottles of each wine are produced.
