Los Vascos Cabernet Sauvignon 2021
The Los Vascos estate Cabernet Sauvignon is lighter in style than its fellow counterparts; yet it certainly does not lack depth. This is a brilliant Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon with Château Lafite's typical sense of elegance. On the nose there are black fruits, such as plums and dark cherries, which are joined by herbs such as bay leaf and rosemary, which add complexity and freshness. The palate has a smooth and round entry, which gives way to a good acidity accompanied by firm but soft tannins, which give a crisp and tasty sensation.
