Lind & Lime Gin
The Lind & Lime Gin is an award winning benchmark London Dry Gin produced by the Port of Leith Distillery at their Tower Street Stillhouse in Leith. With so many wild and wonderful gins out there, the Port of Leith team decided to do something very simple but do it to perfection: create a benchmark London Dry Gin! The name is inspired by Dr. James Lind of Edinburgh, who conducted one of the first clinical trials aboard the HMS Salisbury. In these trials, he noted that the scurvy patients eating citrus fruits were showing good signs. With Juniper front and centre, the crisp citrus of fresh lime peel and the gentle spice of pink peppercorns, Lind & Lime is beautifully balanced, intensely refreshing and the very definition of what a London Dry Gin should taste like. Lind & Lime Gin is distilled with 100% Clean Electricity, produced with 100% organic ingredients and packaged with 100% plastic free materials.
