Mi Campo Tequila Blanco
Tequila Mi Campo is made from 100% Blue Weber agave, using water coming from Volcan de Tequila and matured for seven years. The Piñas are squeezed, not crushed, for an extra smooth and never bitter finish and then finally Mi Campo Tequila is aged in Napa Valley wine barrels, originating from the renowned Robert Mondavi Winery, imparting a unique complexity, smooth finish, and pleasant agave aromas. The Mi Campo Tequila Blanco is double distilled, then fermented in open-air tanks, amid fragrant citrus trees, before resting for up to one month in the same French oak barrels used for aging Napa Valley Chardonnay, imparting an incredibly smooth taste. A nose of cooked agave, banana, fresh coconut, almonds, sweet orange and green apple is layered over hints of elegant vanilla. On the palate, orange blossom tea underscores threads of honey and sweet orange, balanced by subtle white pepper notes.
