Adegas Valmiñor | Rías Baixas

Adegas Valmiñor is a modern winery in Rías Baixas that was established by Carlos Gómez in 1997. Valmiñor aspire to be at the vanguard of the Spanish wine sector and in a short space of time have achieved great acclaim for the quality, variety and innovative character of their wines.

Though a modern winery with cutting-edge technology, they are dedicated to honouring their Celtic roots. The Celtic roots of Valmiñor are to be found in their logo, created out of four Celtic symbols - rain, sun, air, and land - all found in nearby Mount Teton.
