Feudi di San Gregorio Visione Rosato 2022
The Feudi di San Gregorio 'Visione' Campania Rosato is an outstanding rosé style wine made from the local Aglianico grape variety. The grapes come from a unique terroir and climate in IGT Campania, in which vineyards coexist with fruit trees, olives and aromatic herbs. The winds here divert a beneficial rainfall which creates an excellent microclimate for viticulture. The grapes were hand-harvested and carefully selected before vinification. The wine spent four months in stainless steel tanks to retain the purity of fruit, before being gently filtered and fined prior to bottling. The distinctive packaging is inspired by Massimo Vignelli, with delicate fluting around the bottle. An intense and crystal-clear rosé, with delicate floral overtones layered with wild strawberry and raspberry notes. Crisp and refreshing, with nuances of cherry and wild red fruits surrounding an uplifting finish.
