The Cantele Salice Salentino Riserva is a red wine made from 100% Negroamaro grapes. Aged for approximately 6 months in oak barriques the wine is an intense ruby red in colour with aromas of caramelised red fruits, spices and delicate floral notes. The palate is rich with dark cherry and plum fruits supported by fresh acidity. The finish is smooth and long with well integrated supple tannins.
