Churchill's Estate Grafite Branco 2021
The Churchill's Estate Grafite Branco is a white wine blend of Rabigato and Viosinho grapes. About 20% of this wine is aged for 6 months in new casks; the remaining part is kept in stainless steel vats to maintain its fruity character combined with the oak complexity from the wines in casks. The Grafite Branco is a complex and delicate Douro wine, combining distinctive mineral notes with hints of graphite and fresh lemons on the nose. This wine is juicy and elegant on the palate, with a long and crisp finish. On the nose there are delicate stone fruit aromas with hints of pencil shavings and herbal infusion. Elegant on the palate, with subtle flavours of fennel, mint and green asparagus.
