Cuilleron Marsanne Les Vignes d’à Coté 2021/22
The Cuilleron Marsanne is sourced from vines grown in the commune of Chavanay. The wine is called 'Les Vignes d’à Coté' because it is produced mainly from vines next to the appellation. Viticulture is environmentally friendly with natural grasses planted to fight against erosion. In the vineyard treatments are limited and weather dependent. No insecticides are used in order to preserve biodiversity and what fertiliser is used is organic. The grapes are all hand-picked and sorted with fermentation taking place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats. Cuilleron's Marsanne is an aromatic wine with aromas of white fruits, delicate flowers and citrus peel. The palate is well-balanced, fresh and full flavoured with a subtle spice to finish.
