The Dönnhoff Estate Riesling is a characterful expression of the grape, sourced from the steeply sloping vineyards of the middle Nahe region. Fermented and matured in stainless steel vats and large oak barrels this is a dry example, very typical of the Dönnhoff style. Wonderfully fresh and well defined, elegant with a tingling minerality. A delicious wine for every day, with a moderate alcohol level of just over 10% ABV, this is silky and moreish.
