Harrogate Tipple Gooseberry Gin takes its inspiration from the historical Ripley Castle Estate that surrounds the distillery. Traditional Yorkshire Gooseberries are handpicked from the garden’s very own gooseberry bushes and are then distilled with delicate botanicals including lavender and finished again, exclusively with Harrogate Spring Water. Garden Sorrel Roots help give this gin its wonderful character and unique green hue. Tangy gooseberry flavours are balanced with sweet floral notes in this gin.
