Morandé Pionero Sauvignon Blanc Reserva 2023
Grapes for the Morandé Pionero Sauvignon Blanc Reserva are sourced from the Maule Valley region close to the Andean foothills. The proximity to the mountains generates a microclimate that enables the production of very fresh and highly aromatic grapes. Once at the winery the grapes are pressed and the juice is decanted at a low temperature to obtain a very clean must. The wine is held on its fine lees until bottling to preserve its freshness and increase creaminess and volume on the palate. The Pionero Sauvignon Blanc Reserva is brilliant light yellow in colour that displays citrus fruit aromas , green apple, white peach and pears, harmoniously combined with wild flowers and herbal notes. The palate is fresh and fruity with a great acidity, balanced body and finishes long.
