Arboleda Chardonnay 2021
Every vintage of the Arboleda Chardonnay stands out for its great elegance and complexity. The grapes for this wine come from selected blocks in the Chilhué Vineyard that are characterised by the high content of weathered schist-type rock, which gives the wine a uniquely mineral character. The property’s natural soil, climate and topographical conditions lend the wine vivid acidity that stands in perfect balance with the structure, weight and subtle creaminess given by the fermentation and aging in previously used French oak barrels. This light greenish-yellow Chardonnay stands out for its fine, delicate structure and good balance. The fresh and complex nose offers aromas of mandarin orange, orange blossom, white peach and light notes of pear. The palate impresses with vibrant acidity and its characteristic minerality.
