Vincent Dauvissat Petit Chablis 2022
The Vincent Dauvissat Petit Chablis is a high quality expression that comes from a parcel of vines on the plateau above the Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos, where the soils are poor with just 30 cm of topsoil before the hard stony bedrock. Aromas of cool nut, citrus pith and oyster shell waft from the glass in this grown-up Petit Chablis. On the palate it's all fine lines and freshness but there’s impressive weight and richness here too. Almond cream and fine bakery notes on the finish.
