Champagne Veuve Fourny Rosé 1er Cru Brut NV
The Champagne Veuve Fourny Rosé Premier Cru Brut NV is made with a combination of hand-picked Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes from the family-owned house of Veuve Fourny, based in the Premier Cru village of Vertus. The attention to detail displayed by Emmanuel and Charles-Henry Fourny is astonishing. They are making some of the most exciting wines in Champagne and are emerging as stars of their generation. Only the first pressing (cuvée) is used, all “tailles” are discarded. The wine receives a minimum of 3 years’ ageing prior to disgorgement and a further six months “on the cork”. This Rosé is crisp, stylish and gorgeous.
