Jermann Pinot Grigio 2021
Silvio Jermann’s wines have often been described as ‘the finest white wines in Italy’ and he is widely considered to be a true 'artist' in the production of wines from his region; he is one of Friuli's top winemakers, producing small quantities of finely honed wines usually pre-sold on allocation. The Jermann Pinot Grigio is left to age on the lees in stainless steel tanks for about six months and a few months in the bottle prior to release. The resulting wine has intense aromas, is full and fruity, with excellent persistence. The palate is dry, velvety and supremely well-balanced.
