Vintage Availability:

We endeavour to display accurate and current vintages on all our wines listed on the website; however, from time to time stocks of the vintage listed do become exhausted. If this is the case with your order we will always contact you to recommend another vintage of the same wine, if it is still available. If the vintage of a wine is important to you then please leave us a message in the 'Add A Comment' section at checkout.

Stock Availability:

As we are retail stockists, selling from our Ledston shop as well as online, it makes it difficult for us to show a 'real-time' inventory of our wines and spirits online. As such, very occasionally, a wine may be out of stock that the website has allowed you to order.

To ensure a timely delivery, we are happy to substitute your order with a similar wine of equal or higher value and at no additional cost to you!

NO MINIMUM ORDER

Here at Hic! we are happy to sell all our wines by the single bottle, which is perfect if you want to send a special someone a nice bottle of Champagne, Wine, Port or Whisky for example. We impose no minimum order quantity or value so you can order whatever quantity you choose. We have packing cases available in Single, Two, Three, Six, Nine, Twelve & Fifteen Bottle sizes so its no problem ensuring whatever quantity you wish we can ensure safe and secure delivery.

CLICK & COLLECT IN STORE:

Local Pickup collections are now available to select at checkout for online orders. We aim to fulfil all click and collect orders within 5 working days; however, this is often much sooner. If you require your order urgently we recommend you contact us beforehand to check that your order requirements are available.

• Deliveries are made by DPD, fully tracked and signed for with a 1hr Predict Delivery Window.

STANDARD DELIVERY: ENGLAND, WALES & SCOTLAND (Non-Restricted Scottish Postcodes)

• No Minimum Order.
• £10 Standard Delivery Charge for all orders up to £150.00 in value to one single address.
• FREE Delivery for all orders with a value over £150.00 to one single address
• Deliveries are made by DPD, fully tracked and signed for with a 1hr Predict Delivery Window.
• Due to current COVID restrictions we aim to despatch orders within 10 working days from date of order, but this is often much sooner.
• All our deliveries require a signature and must be signed for by someone 18 years old or over. Proof of ID will be required.
• Please be aware that multi-case orders can become separated through the courier network. If you do not receive the balance of your order within 3 working days of the first delivery please contact us.

TRACK YOUR ORDER:

Is your order coming from our delivery partner DPD? Download their app now for the most accurate parcel tracking. The DPD app lets you arrange the best possible delivery experience. Just tell them how and where to deliver from the range of options available and they’ll do the rest.

• Personal delivery preferences - if you’re not going to be in, you can use the DPD app to make sure you can still receive your parcels. Tell us to deliver straight to your chosen DPD Pickup location or, to your chosen neighbour or safe place. You select your preferences and we’ll make sure we follow your instructions every time!
• 30-minute delivery alerts - we don’t want you to wait in all day so with all your DPD deliveries, we’ll let you know in advance when to expect delivery and when we are just 30 minutes away.
• Active and previous deliveries - using the DPD app you can see a list of current deliveries and track when your parcels will be with you. When we’ve delivered to your chosen safe place we’ll even send you photos of your parcel in that location for added peace of mind.
• Multiple addresses - set your work, home, or even family member’s address preference, so you can tailor your delivery experience and still get your deliveries, wherever you are in the UK.
• Driver tracking - see the name and a picture of your driver or why not track their location and find out where you are in the delivery queue. See your driver's estimated arrival time so you know when to expect your parcel.
• In flight options - when we’re on our way to you, if your plans change you can still rearrange your delivery right up until we deliver your parcel. You can instruct our driver to deliver on a different day, to a preferred neighbour, to a safe place or even to one of our 2,500 DPD Pickup shops.
• Pickup shops - if you’re collecting your parcel from a nearby DPD Pickup shop, get opening hours, your pickup pass for collection and directions from your delivery address.
