Ktima Biblia Chora Ovilos White 2023
The Ktima Biblia Chora Ovilos White is the result of combining two excellent grape varieties - Assyrtiko (50%) and Sémillon (50%), which grow in the warmest but most barren spot in the estates' vineyard, along the Pangeon hillside. Each grape variety was vinified separately in French oak barrels (50% new) with maturation lasting for five months. The distinctive and characteristic aromas of apricot and honey from the Sémillon blend perfectly with the citrus and lemon notes from the Assyrtiko, with nuances of vanilla and nutty hints adding complexity. Elegant, with a creamy texture, this stylish wine is beautifully balanced by refreshing palate which leads to a long finish.
