Raventós i Blanc De Nit Rosé 2017
The Raventós i Blanc De Nit vintage sparkling Rosé blends the local white grape varieties of Xarel-lo, Parellada, and Macabeo with a small amount of the red Monastrell, resulting in a lovely pale pink sparkling rosé, which is Extra-Brut in style. Aromas of citrus, white fruit and hints of fennel follow through to the palate which has an elegant mousse and lifted, long finish.
