Poligonos refers to the many sides of a vineyard. Sebastían Zuccardi explores those many sides with grape selections from the micro regions of Mendoza, discovering how they impact on the wines in their unique ways. The vineyards are named after the people. There is a rich and profound expression of the place through its geography and climate as well as its social, historical, and economic characteristics. This Verdejo was fermented in concrete vats at the Valle de Uco Winery. It is a wonderfully crisp and refreshing wine that displays all the floral notes and white fruit flavours of the variety.
