Cuilleron Gamay Les Vignes d’à Côté 2022
The Yves Cuilleron Gamay Les Vignes d'à Côté is 100% Gamay sourced from vines located on the Rhône Pilat plateau, an area rich in granatic and alluvial soil. In the vineyard treatments are limited as much as possible depending on the weather, no pesticides to preserve biodiversity and only organic fertilisers are used. Aged for 8 months in barrels, the colour is typical of Gamay, quite light and purplish. The nose is reminiscent of pink berries, wild strawberries, peony and violet leading onto a delicious palate. This wine will go perfectly with grilled meats or white meats, but also cold meats.
