Ca' del Bosco Cuvée Prestige Rosé NV
The Ca' del Bosco Cuvée Prestige Rosé NV is a sparkling wine from Franciacorta in the Lombardy region of Italy. A blend of Pinot Nero (80%) and Chardonnay (20%) fermented separately and then blended after 8 months of ageing, this award winning pink sparkler provides a magical sensation midpoint between the two hues of white and red. Salmon pink in colour with a fine and persistent mousse, it is surprisingly rich on the nose, with a deep floral notes of rose and peony in addition to fruity pomegranate and strawberry aromas. It is fruity when tasted, and fresh with a subtle and delicate effervescence.
