Delaire Graff Shiraz 2016

Delaire Graff Shiraz is made from 100% Shiraz grapes grown in the cool vineyard sites of the Stellenbosch region. The wine was matured for 12 months in older French and American oak to maintain the lovely freshness this variety offers. This juicy, ripe and approachable Shiraz with its ruby colour and purple tints, has a spicy white pepper undertone as well as lavender and dark red fruit aromas. It is characterised by its versatility, demonstrating a smooth and soft palate and a savoury finish.
