Dreissigacker 'Bechtheimer' Riesling Trocken 2017
Fruit for the Dreissigacker' ‘Bechtheimer’ Riesling is sourced from a selection of Jochen’s vineyards within the village of Bechtheim. The best sites include Hasensprung, Geyersberg and Rosengarten which are farmed organically and biodynamically. The long hours of sunshine all year round and the loess and marl soils, result in a rich wine of great class and elegance, with good concentration and a lingering finish. Pale yellow in colour with golden reflections, this dry Riesling opens with aromas of apricot and nectarine, followed by spicy herbs and citrus fruit. The palate is expressive, with good concentration and mineral notes on the long, refreshing finish.
