Far Niente Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2019
Grapes for the Far Niente Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon are sourced from carefully selected vineyards across the Napa Valley in Calistoga, Oak Knoll, St Helena, Stags Leap, Diamond Mountain and Yountville, which complements the grapes from the Far Niente estate vineyards in Oakville. The grapes were carefully selected and each variety was vinified separately. The blend was aged for 17 months in French oak, of which 65% was new and 35% was second fill. An elegant bouquet of mixed berries, spice, dried lavender and thyme open onto a full palate layered with expansive mixed berry, black tea, toasted oak and spice flavours. Focused and fresh, with fine grained tannins and a silky, long and lifted finish.
