M.O.B Lote 3 Rosé, from the Dão region of Portugal, is made from the Tinta Roriz (Tempranillo) grape. At the winery the grapes are lightly pressed and then fermented in stainless steel vats before ageing for 8 months in used French oak barrels. With the colour of onion skin, it is a very delicate wine with floral and fresh fruit aromas. The palate displays lively acidity characteristic of the Dão region.
