Padstow Distilling Co. 'Hawker's Cove' Rose Gin
The Padstow Distilling Co. ‘Hawker’s Cove’ Rose Gin combines the delicate spice of pink peppercorns with the decadent scent of roses. This gives the gin a very smooth flavour with a lovely pale rose colour and is dry and fresh. To make their pink gin, the team at Padstow Distilling Co use the finest Padstow barley from Tregirls Farm, grown in the fields above St. George's Well on the Camel Estuary, infused with tastes of the ocean. The flavour of the rose gin has been developed from the petals and rosehips of the Rosa Rugosa which grows wild at the top of the beach.
