Sandeman Imperial Brandy de Jerez Solera
The Sandeman Imperial Brandy de Jerez Solera is made by distilling a base wine made of Palomino and Airen grapes. The spirit is then aged for one year in a solera system of oak casks previously used in Sherry production, resulting in a well balanced, round and full bodied Brandy. Marrying the rich flavours of Sherry with the finesse of a fine Brandy, the Sandeman Imperial Brandy has complex aromas of butterscotch and vanilla and subtle hints of Sherry, derived from the fact it is aged in old Sherry butts.
