Cleto Chiarli Vecchia Modena Lambrusco Sorbara 2023
The Cleto Chiarli Lambrusco di Sorbara “Vecchia Modena” is a sparkling red wine made from the Lambrusco di Sorbara grape variety. The wines first and only fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures and with selected yeasts, in steel tanks. The sparkling wine was then kept at a low temperatures and mixed on its lees. After almost 3 months of ageing in tank, the wine was filtered and bottled. Deep ruby red in colour, with a light and coloured mousse. The nose reveals notes of wild berries and blackberries, and the palate shows intense fruit flavours, tempered by a nice freshness.
