Distilled and crafted in Salcombe, Devon on 'Provident' a bespoke 450 litre copper pot still, Salcombe Gin Rosé Sainte Marie is an exceptional dry rosé gin (with no added sugar) that is delicate, fresh and truly exquisite. It is named after the iconic “Sainte Marie” lighthouse which marks the southern entrance to the old port in Marseille, from where the Salcombe fruit schooners would load citrus fruit and herbs bound for English ports in the 19th century. Inspired by this is bright and fresh with fragrant notes of citrus, provençal herbs a whisper of red fruit and the sweet perfume of orange blossom. Using the finest Macedonian juniper, fresh mediterranean citrus peels, strawberries, orange blossom and angelica combined with nine further hand sourced botanicals from around the world, blended together with pure, naturally soft Dartmoor Water to create this elegant nd smooth gin. The ultimate pink G&T using Salcombe Gin Rosé Sainte Marie is best served in a large wine glass with plenty of ice a large measure of gin to three parts premium Indian tonic water and a slice of strawberry or twist of lemon peel.
