Samuel Smith's Oatmeal Stout
The Samuel Smith's Oatmeal Stout is brewed at The Old Brewery in Tadcaster, North Yorkshire, with well water drawn from the original well sunk in 1758 and still in use today. Fermented in ‘stone Yorkshire squares’ using malted barley, cane sugar, roasted malt, yeast, hops and oatmeal, this is an almost opaque, wonderfully silky and smooth textured ale with a complex medium dry palate and bittersweet finish.
