Clos des Goisses Juste Rosé takes its name from the subtle yet distinct nuance it acquires after ten years of ageing, conferred by the blend of saignée rosé rather than red Champagne. This is a deep, structured, and profoundly dry Rosé with a luminous salmon-pink hue. On the nose expect complex aromas of redcurrant, wild strawberry, raspberry, citrus peel, and a distinct mineral/chalky undertone. The palate is powerful and structured, with a mouth-filling texture and a wonderful balance of ripe red fruit, sharp acidity, and a bone-dry, persistent finish.
