The Heitz Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced primarily from two vineyards in St. Helena - the 'Only One Vineyard' and the 'Spring Valley Vineyard'. Whilst the wine can age for decades it is crafted as an exceptional entry point wine, showcasing the excellent Heitz style and hints at what can be experienced with their single-vineyard wines. Matured in a combination of new and used large oak casks and smaller barriques for two years, followed by a further year in bottle prior to release the palate of the Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon has always been a reference point for freshness and elegance that pure Cabernet Sauvignon is capable of producing in the New World. Bright and fresh red fruits are showing vibrantly in this vintage of Heitz Napa Valley Cabernet and will continue to for years to come.
