Domaine Arnaud & Stéphanie Dezat Sancerre Rosé 2022/23
The Domaine Arnaud & Stéphanie Dezat Sancerre Rosé is an elegant, refreshing and crisp style of rosé made from the Pinot Noir grape grown in the Sancerre region of the Loire Valley. The vast majority of Sancerre is planted with the Sauvignon Blanc grape with only about 20% dedicated to Pinot Noir and much of that is made into red wine, leaving only minuscule quantities for rosé. The Dezat brother and sister team of Arnaud and Stéphanie have a tiny plot of some of the finest Pinot Noir in the entire region and they gently craft it into this exquisite Sancerre Rosé. Intensely refreshing like a coupe of strawberry and raspberry sorbet topped with frozen redcurrants, a twist of pink grapefruit peel and a whisper of Chantilly cream.
