The Domaine Christian Moreau Père et Fils Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos is sourced from one big 3 hectare plot of vines, which stretches from the bottom of the hill nearly up to the top, which allows them to divide the harvest into three different parcels (the bottom, the middle and the top). They are always vinified separately but blended all together at the end to make one cuvée. The average age of the vines is 50 to 60 years old. Les Clos is the most famous Grand Cru of Chablis, complex, rich with great minerality, remarkable finesse and beautiful structure. The perfect accompaniment with scallops, lobster, fine fish, white meat and cheese.
