Domaine Vincent Dampt Petit Chablis 2021
Vincent Dampt's Petit Chablis vineyard extends across a plateau overlooking the town of Fyé, Chablis. It faces west and the average age of the vines is 10 years old. After malolactic fermentation the Petit Chablis is aged on its lees in stainless steel tanks for 6 months to preserve all the freshness of the Chardonnay grape variety. The Vincent Dampt Petit Chablis has a wonderful fruitiness and tangy character which is specific to the appellation. It is a harmonious and well-balanced wine and serves as a great introduction to the wines of the Dampt estate.
